We are Marica and Thomas, an Italian and Danish family with 3 kids
Marica is from Assisi, and she grew up between the silver leaves of the olive trees at her Grandmother’s house, and she quickly passed the love for Umbria to Thomas, who is taking care of the olive trees together with Marcello, the father of Marica.
Our mission is to help you and your family to reconnect with nature, to live a holiday in a 5 hectares private property, while enjoying living within an olive grove and an antique fruit orchard, where you can take time to enjoy the panorama and silence around.
The estate is perfectly situated to enjoy all the best Umbrian and Tuscan towns, while being placed in the heart of the famous Assisi of San Francis.
The villa has a perfect position on top of a hill but also surrounded by hills and valleys as far as the eye can see. The property, infinity pool and outside space are maintained to an excellent standard and provide a lot of space to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and soak up the amazing views. This would be a great place for a honeymoon, a family with children or a group of friends.

The wow element is the view over the sunset, you can sit outside to admire the views across the edgeless pool and valley, onto the tops of the mountains in front.
It is nice to feel isolated and yet at the same time be within reach of Perugia, Assisi and, the major Umbrian Medieval towns, and all most important wineries.
You will have privacy and yet the village is only ten min by car if you need anything which has a huge supermarket.This villa is so well maintained with beautiful gardens.
