Adopt an Olive Tree

Taking care of a tree is an act of love towards the future, and it helps to reconnect with nature. Agriculture teaches many different values, to be patient, to listen, to watch carefully, to take care and to love, and this is what we want to give the possibility to our visitors to do, to maintain a connection with this beautiful peace of paradise by sponsoring the maintenance of one olive tree.

For 100 Euro per year, you will get a 3Liters can per year and a picture of the chosen olive tree.

Antique Fruits Orchard

Our marmalades are made only with fruit harvested in our antique orchards, with an artisanal method and high quality control. The jams contain only fruit and a small percentage of organic grape sugar or cane sugar, and they are unique because they are made with antique fruits that you cannot find in many places in Umbria, and definitely not in supermarkets. We have decided to honor Mother Nature by finding and restoring the old and authentic fruit trees from Umbria, thanks to the collaboration with a selected partner which is working for keeping intact the ancient savors of Umbria, Isabella della Ragione.

Isabella della Ragione is the President of the Foundation “Archeologia Arborea”, working an an agricultural expert to save the biodiversity of the Umbrian landscape. Her fruit Orchard is a recognized paradise in San Lorenzo di Lerchi, where she is safeguarding more than 500 varieties of fruit trees , in many different varieties. Black Truffle Plantation

Our love for Umbria could not stop at Olive Oil and local fruit trees, but it extends to the typical Umbrian Black truffle. We have acquired a land of 2 hectares to establish our production of black truffle, by planting a forest of specific trees that will contribute also to reducing CO2 production.

We are collaborating with a partner in Umbria which specializes in the setup and commercialization of Black Umbria Truffle, so you can look forward for tasting and visiting our Truffle Plantation.
